摘要 心力衰竭(HF)为临床常见疾病,其发病率和患病率极高,疗效欠佳,预后不良,目前其治疗策略仍在不断改进,本文就HF抗凝治疗和心律失常处理的有关问题作一简要综述。 Heart failure （HF） is a common disease, higher rate of incideuce and prevalence, poor treatment efficacy and prognosis. Strate gies for the treatment of HF was continued improved, In this article, anticoagulation treatment and antiarrhythmic management for CHF are reviewed.
