摘要
梅毒是一种由苍白螺旋体感染所引起的累及全身各器官的性传染病,其中心血管损害多在感染后10~25年才出现临床症状而被诊断。近年来,随着超声和分子生物学技术的进展,梅毒性心血管病有望得到早期诊断。本文拟从梅毒性心血管病的病理、免疫机制、超声心动图及分子生物学检测方面加以综述,旨在为本病的早期诊断提供参考。
Syphilis is a kind of sex-infectious disease caused by treponema paUidum, which can involve all the organs and tissues in the body. The patients untreated regularly appear symptom and signs until 10-25 years post infection, only that time can be diagnosed as cardiovascular syphilis clinically. With the development of echocardiography and molecular biology, It is possible to make early diagnosis of the disease. The purpose of present review is to introduce the progress in cardiovascular syphilis, including pathology, immunology, echoeardiography, molecular biology, so as to provide objective referrence for early diagnosis.
