201×7树脂吸附回收提金尾液中的氰化物及金属铜 被引量:5

摘要 研究了201×7树脂吸附回收提金尾液中氰化物及金属铜的技术。通过对树脂的饱和吸附量、吸附速率及吸附等温线的研究,得到了201×7树脂对氰化物的饱和吸附量为44.39mg/ml湿树脂,铜的饱和吸附量为24.56mg/ml湿树脂;氰化物的吸附速率常数为k=9.30×10-4s-1,铜的吸附速率常数为k=1.39×10-3s-1;该树脂对氰化物及铜离子的吸附符合Freundlish方程;使用高浓度的NaCl溶液可以解吸树脂上负载的氰化物及金属铜,解吸率分别为85%和72%。 The recovery by adsorption of cyanide and copper from leaching gold tail solution using 201 × 7 ion exchange resin was studied. The saturated adsorptive capacity, adsorption rate and isothermal curve were investigated. The saturated adsorptive capacity of cyanide and copper onto 201 × 7 wet resin are 44.39mg/ml and 24,56mg/ml respectively, and the adsorption rate constant of cyanide and copper are 9.30 ×10^-4s^-1 and 1.39 × 10^3s^-1. The adsorption of cyanide and copper onto resin is consistent with the Freundlish's equation. Cyanide and copper loaded onto the resin can be eluted by concentrated sodium chloride solution and elution rate are 85% and 72% respectively.
