Agriculture is the dominant industry in the national economy. The leader enterprise of agriculture industrialization plays the role of economic cartier to promote the modernization of agriculture. The paper discusses the present situation of the agricultural leader enterprise and the strategic insignificance of developing agricultural leader enterprise on the background of economic globalization , analyzes some major problems which the leader enterprise must face during the course of development, puts forward several suggestions to build up the agricultural leader enterprise that would strengthen the economic developing capability in the future.
