彩色多普勒成象在眼底实性病变诊断中的应用

Color Doppler imaging in diagnoses of massive lesions in the fundus

目的:探讨彩色多普勒成象在各种眼底后部实性病变中的特征,以助对各病的诊断。方法:对14例(16只眼)眼底后部实性病变,包括脉络膜血管瘤、视盘血管瘤、黄斑盘状变性、视网膜下出血、脉络膜出血的病例,经眼科一般检查。特别是双目间接检眼镜检查,尚无法确诊,采用彩色多普勒的检查,其中4只眼有荧光血管造影检查作为对照。结果:各病种在声象图和血流频谱均有其各自的特征,并与各自组织病理学相符。结论:认为此项技术对本组病例的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了很有价值的依据。是值得推广的新技术。

Objective To investigate the features of color Doppler imaging(CDI)of various fundal massive lesions for diagnosis.Methods Ocular general clinical examination,especially indirect ophthalmos- copy was taken in 14 cases(16 eyes)with fundal massive lesions,including choroidal heman- gioma,optic disc hemangioma,age-related macular degeneration,subretinal hemorrhage,and choroidal hemorrhage.These examinations could not make defi- nite diagnoses.CDI was employed in these cases. Fundus fluorescein angiographies were made for 4/16 eyes.Result Different echographic patterns and blood flow spectral analysis showed in various diseases. The individual presentation of a lesion in CDI was consistent with its histopathology.Conclusion CDI can provide a valuable basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of these diseases.The new diagnostic technology is worthwhile to be spread.
