摘要
自我效能感是人类行为的主要机制,它影响个人对所从事活动的选择、愿意投入心力的多寡以及持久度。在我国经济转型时期,企业如何关心知识型员工、留住人才是管理层应关注的问题。研究表明,员工自愿性离职与自我效能感之间有重要的联系,因此,企业应正确评估员工的自我效能感,以减少本企业员工的离职。
Self-efficiency is the main mechanism of human behavior; it influences what activity an individual chooses, how many efforts s/he makes, and how long s/he pursues. In the period of economic transformation in China, the enterprise management must be concerned with how to care about and preserve knowledge staff. The paper indicates that there is a close relationship between self-efficiency and Voluntary turnover. Therefore the enterprise should appropriately evaluate the staffs self-efficiency so as to reduce the numbers of staffs turnover.
