水杨醛缩氨基硫脲合钴(Ⅱ)的晶体结构及其荧光性质 被引量:8

摘要 在甲醇和DMF溶剂里,以Schiff碱水杨醛缩氨基硫脲(简写为HL)和六水二氯化钴合成了配合物[CoHL2].H2O.DMF.在配合物[CoHL2]中,钴(Ⅱ)原子具有扭曲的N2O2S2八面体配位构型,晶体通过分子间氢键作用形成二维的无限网状结构.红外光谱表明,配体在形成配合物后,νS=O,νC=O和νC=N红移.荧光光谱表明,配合物金属对配体n-π*激发引起的荧光发射峰有较大的影响. The title complex [CoHL2]·H2O · DMF(C16H25CoN7O4S2,Mr=502. 48), where HL is Salicylidene thiosemicarbazone(HL), has been synthesized from HL and cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride hexahydrate in a mixture of DMF and methanol. Crystal data: space group Co, a=2. 348 7(2) nm, b = 1. 143 42(8) nm, c = 0. 887 36(7) nm, β = 104. 588(2)°, V = 2. 306 2(3) nm^3,Z = 4, Dc = 1. 447 mg/m^3 , F(000)= 104 4,μ(Mo Ka)= 0. 961 mm^-1 ,R = 0. 037 2 for 234 7 observed reflections (Ⅰ≥2σ(Ⅰ)) , ωR = 0. 098 3, GOF =1. 042. The cobalt( Ⅱ ) atom in the complex is irregular polyhedral N2O2S2 coordination. There are several intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal. The network structure was formed through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The vc=o and VC-N bands display a shift to lower frequencies in IR spectra. The emission lines(λexc= 310 nm) are shifted to higher frequencies in fluorescence spectra.
