摘要
本文从商业银行差别化服务的理论模型入手,分析了国内商业银行差别化服务的必要性及制约因素,最后对国内商业银行差别化服务提出了适当的建议。
This paper begins from a model of discrimination service of Commercial Bank, and then analyses the necessity and restraint factors of discrimination service of Commercial Bank in China. In the end this paper gives some proper suggestions about discrimination service of Commercial Bank in China.
