摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为有机插层剂对无机蒙脱土进行处理制得有机蒙脱土(OMMT),然后采用阴离子开环聚合,制备了尼龙6/蒙脱土复合材料。用FT-IR、TG和XRD对有机蒙脱土的插层情况进行了表征。结果表明,插层剂已插入蒙脱土片层中;当OMMT用量为2%时,复合材料的熔点最高,结晶度最大,力学性能最好。
Montmorillonite (MMT) was treated with cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) to prepare organic-MMT (OMMT), and the prepared OMMT was then used to modify MC nylon by means of anionic ring-opening polymerization, resulted in nylon 6/montmorillonite hybrid composites. The intercalation of the OMMT was characterized by means of FT-IR, TGA and XRD. The results showed that the interlayer had intercalated into the layer of MMT, and the composites with 2% OMMT showed higher melting point and degree of crystalline, the mechanical properties of the composite were the best.
