摘要
弹流润滑问题的求解涉及到弹性变形和流体动力润滑之间的多物理耦合作用的分析,求解过程很复杂和困难。通过建立MATLAB和ANSYS软件之间的有限元网格影射中间件实现了弹流体润滑问题有限元求解环境的构建。这种影射关系可以使不同软件之间的进行动态数据交换,从而实现不同分析过程之间的耦合作用。以径向空气轴承中的弹流润滑为例介绍了其具体的实现。
To solve the elastohydrodynamic lubrication problem which is involved with the multi-disciplinary analysis of the elastic deformation and hydrodynamic coupled effect, the solving software framework for elastohydrodynamic problem was established through designing the finite element grid mapping interface of MATLAB and ANSYS. The grid mapping relationship may control the dynamic data exchange among different software ,thus the coupled effect of multi-disciplinary can be realized. Taking the air journal bearing for example, the solving software framework for elastohydrodynamic problem was established.
