摘要
为了适应润滑系统管路结构复杂且形式多变的特点,达到快速设计润滑系统的目的,提出了一种图形化建模方法。该建模方法只需用户提供原始的结构参数,且不受润滑系统分支结构和模型规模的限制。在具体实现时,该方法将润滑系统元件模块化,用这些模块单元可搭建成各种形式的分支管路模型,通过模块的遍历和拓扑结构的识别生成网络拓扑结构关系表,并最终组集成求解所需的节点方程组。应用实例表明,所提出的图形化建模方法通用且易于编程实现,可以推广到其它流体枝状管路的分析。
A new graphic modeling method based on nodal network theory was introduced for modeling and designing such complicated branch form pipe network of lubrication system quickly. This modeling method only needs users to supply the original structure models ,and hasn't the limits of the branched structure and the scale of model. During the detailed realization,the method provides some kinds of block units used to create various lubrication system models. The model's topological structure is established by identify the network of blocks in the model. In the end, the nodal functions is generated to solve. An application example demonstrates that the graphic modeling method is a kind of universal and easily programmed modeling method. The method can be expanded to other branch-shape flow network system.
