摘要
基于国内带压密封技术的研究、产生、发展、现场应用等基础条件,提出了带压密封工程的概念,简述了带压密封工程发展概况、工程原理、技术构成、研究内容、法规和标准。带压密封工程的定义是:以流体泄漏状态下实现再密封为研究对象,泄漏部位勘测数据为依据,应用基础科学原理及密封理论,结合工程实践活动和科学试验中所积累的理论和技术经验,创建带压密封装置为目的的一门新兴的工程技术学科。
Based on foundation conditions of research ,produce, develop and field application for online sealing technology, the concept of the online sealing engineering was presented ,and the general development situation, engineering principle, technical compositions ,study contents, norms and standards of the online sealing engineering were discussed. The online sealing engineering definition：it is a burgeoning engineering technical subject whose purpose is to found online sealing unit by taking the sealing again of fluid under the leaking state as study object, using survey data for leaking position, applying the seal theory and principle of background science, and combining the technical experience and theory accumulated in engineering practice and scientific experiment.
