摘要
研制了一种ZWG-2子午胎钢帘线用钢丝湿拉润滑剂,详细探讨了添加剂的选择以及配方的确定。应用结果表明,研制的ZWG-2润滑剂具有拉拔速度高、模耗低、使用寿命长、与橡胶粘合好且稳定的特点,并具有优良的润滑、冷却、清洗和防腐性能,完全可以替代进口润滑剂产品以满足生产需要。
ZWG-2 wet drawing lubricant for steel cord of meridian tyre was prepared, and the choice of additives and the compounding of lubricant were studied. The result shows that ZWG-2 lubricant has high drawing speed, low wear loss of mould, long life, high and steady adhesive property with rubber, it also has good characteristics of lubrication, cool, cleanout and anticorrosion.
