小迟滞比状态下指尖密封型线病态目标函数的自愈处理

摘要 针对指尖密封型线主动控制优化技术中存在的小迟滞比状态下优化目标函数病态化、因而无法获得优化解完备集的问题,通过对优化目标函数和优化判断原则的数学处理,建立了小迟滞比状态下病态优化目标函数自愈处理技术,增强了指尖密封型线主动控制优化技术的普适性。理论分析和计算实例表明,基于自愈技术的指尖密封型线主动控制优化技术能够应用于小迟滞比状态,而且能够实现在适应密封性能响应匹配条件下,设计出优良综合性能的指尖密封型线结构的目的。 When problems exist in active control optimum technique of finger seal shape-curve, optimum objective function is morbid under small hysteresis rate conditions, and consequently the complete set of optimum results are not available. A self-cure processing technique for morbid optimum objective function under small hysteresis rate conditions is established through the mathematical processing of optimum objective function and judgement criterion. The general fitness of the active control optimum technique of finger seal shape-curve are strengthened. Theoretical analysis and calculation instances all show that the active control optimum technique based on self-cure processing technique can be used under small hysteresis rate conditions. Through employing the technigue, finger seal shape-curves with finer and more comprehensive performance can be designed under the condition that they are suitable for performance respondence matching.
