摘要
电子废弃物问题是伴随我国近年来社会经济快速发展而产生的一个全新课题。在充分考虑我国国情的基础上,建立了我国电子废弃物处理产业系统的概念模型。从基础研究与技术研发、回收物流体系、处理设施建设、经济激励政策、法律法规体系等方面,系统分析了当前我国电子废弃物处理处置所面临的主要障碍。最后针对这些问题,提出了促进我国电子废弃物处理产业健康发展的建议。
WEEE recycling is a brand-new issue in China associated with China＇s rapid social and economic development in recent years. Based on a systematic analysis of China＇s situation, barriers to WEEE recycling are investigated and demonstrated, which include fundamental studies, infrastructure systems, recycling process, location planning, economic incentive policies, legislation, public participation tendency and so on. Finally, proposed solutions are presented to promote the removal of such barriers in China＇s WEEE recycling.
