Cleaning sinter mechanism for slab is new automatation equipment used for middle plate rolling line. The paper introduces the work theory of cleaning sinter mechanism for slab based on PLC and frequency converter as control central, and equipment slructure and also presents the design method of the system, hardware and main software. The equipment run for one year and have good effect.
