摘要
数字信号源的校准原来采用典型值校准,这在实践中经常达不到要求。文中在校准应用研究中采用田口方法,根据数字信号源的频率、调幅及调频试验典型值推导出全量程校准公式。由校准公式可以推导测量仪器全量程任一测量值的校准数据,极大地方便了非典型值的校准。在原有的田口线性校准公式基础上,根据仪器的实际误差分布,研究发现在测量平均误差呈现非线性时采用分段或非线性校准公式,可以提高校准精度。
It can' t be completely satisfactory to calibrate a digital signal generator according to the typical calibration data in measurement. The Taguchi method is studied to derive calibration formulae of frequency and amplitude modulation of digital signal generator in whole range in this paper. The non-typical calibration data can be calculated with the calibration formulae. On the basis of the study, the non-linear formula or the formula for each measurement range is presented to improve precision according to the distribution of instrument error.
