摘要
研究了双环戊二烯基铁的电化学合成。实验表明,双环戊二烯基铁的收率与导电盐、电极距离、槽电压、电流密度、温度、溶液pH值、时间、氮气保护、电极换向等因素有关。用FT IR光谱对产物进行了表征。提出了双环戊二烯基铁电化学合成的最佳条件:纯铁作为阴、阳极,在氮气保护下,电解液中环戊二烯、无水乙醇、溴化钠、乙酸钠四者的质量比为6∶43∶1∶1.3,电极距离为2 mm,反应温度为40°C,电流密度为100A/m2,每隔90 min的换向电解,双环戊二烯基铁的收率可达71%以上。
Electrosynthesis of ferrocene has been invstigated. The yield of ferrocene is influenced by the conducting salt, the electrode distance, the cell voltage, the current density, the temperature, the pH of solution, the reaction time, nitrogen protection,electrode reversing, etc. FT IR spectroscopy is used to authenticate the product. The optimum conditions of ferrocene electrosynthesis are pure iron as cathode and anode ; under nitrogen protection; mass ratio of cyclopentadiene, anhydrous ethanol,sodium bromine and sodium acetate,6:43:1:1. 3; electrode distance 2mm; reaction temperature, 40℃; current density, 100 A/m^; reversing electrode,every 90 minutes. The yield of ferrocene can reach more than 71%.
