α-平滑肌肌动蛋白在小鼠肾小体胚胎发育中的表达

摘要 目的了解α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在小鼠肾小体胚胎发育过程中的表达规律及α-SMA与肾小体发育成熟的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法测定不同胚龄小鼠肾小体的α-SMA的表达。结果α-SMA在小鼠肾小体胚胎发育过程中经历了早期肾小体无表达,近成熟肾小体系膜区强阳性表达,成熟肾小体的阴性表达。结论α-SMA在小鼠肾小体胚胎发育中的表达具有一定的时空顺序,肾小体内α-SMA的表达是短暂的发育现象,与肾小体系膜的发育成熟密切相关。 Objective To determine whether α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) is expressed in the developing renal corpuscle as well as the changes associated with maturation. Methods Eight fetal kidneys were examined by immunohistochemistry , using monoclonal mouse anti-human antibody. Results Developing glomeruli show a gradient of expression of α-SMA, ranging from ab- sence in the early stages (vesicular, comma-shape) of glomerulogensis to pronounced mesangial expression in nearly mature glomeruli, and to be negative in the mature glomeruli. Conclusions The expression of α-SMA in developing renal corpuscle has chronological and spatial sequence. Glomerular mesangial expression of α-SMA is a transient phenomenon associated with active glomerulogenesis. Once glomerular development is completed, expression of α-SMA will disappear completely.
