甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂种后代对NaCl胁迫的响应 被引量:3

Analysis of the Hardiness of the Intergeneric Hybrids between Saccharum L. and Erianthus Michx Subjected to NaCl Stress

摘要 以甘蔗(拔地拉)与斑茅的杂种F1(崖城96-66)、崖城96-66与商业栽培种(CP84-1198)的回交一代(崖城01-3和崖城01-6)为供试材料,从活性氧代谢角度探讨甘蔗与斑茅及其杂交后代对NaCl胁迫的响应。结果表明,在正常生长时,斑茅的POD活性及MDA含量显著高于甘蔗(拔地拉与CP84-1198),SOD,CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质含量比甘蔗(拔地拉与CP84-1198)低得多,叶绿素含量则介于拔地拉与CP84-1198之间;拔地拉与斑茅的杂种F1(崖城96-66)的SOD,CAT,POD活性均高于斑茅和拔地拉,叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、MDA含量介于斑茅与拔地拉之间;崖城96-66与商业栽培种(CP84-1198)的回交一代(崖城01-3和崖城01-6)的SOD、CAT活性及MDA、叶绿素含量与其亲本相差无几,但POD活性则显著低于崖城96-66,而与CP84-1198保持在相同的水平。200mmol/LNaCl胁迫下斑茅的SOD活性上升,拔地拉、CP84-1198、崖城96-66、崖城01-3、崖城01-6的SOD活性下降,其中拔地拉与崖城96-66的SOD活性降幅最小,同时,NaCl胁迫下斑茅的CAT活性下降,在所有参试材料中降幅最小,POD活性上升,在所有参试材料中增幅最小,表明斑茅具有很强的抗盐性,维持活性氧代谢动态平衡的能力强。 The intergeneric hybrids (YC96-66, YC01-3 and YC01-6) and their parents Erianthus Michx (YC92-105) and Saccharum L.(Badila and CP84-1198) were used to study the active oxygen metabolism of intergeneric hybrids exposed to NaCl stress. The results indicated that the activity of peroxidase (POD) and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content in Erianthus Michx were much higher than sugarcane (Badila and CP84-1198) while the soluble protein content, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in Erianthus Michx were much lower when they grew in natural conditions. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT in YC96-66, the hybrid of Erianthus Michx (YC92-105) and Badila were higher than both Erianthus Michx and Badila, but the hybrid's contents of MDA, soluble protein and chlorophy were between Erianthus Michx and Badila. F2 hybrids from YC96-66 and CP84-1198 kept in the same level in the activities of SOD and CAT, contents of MDA and chlorophyll as their parents, but the activity of POD was much lower than YC96-66. When exposed to 200 mmol/L NaC1 for 6 days, the activities of SOD in Erianthus Michx increased, while the other tested accessions decreased. CAT activities decreased in all tested accessions.
