常压氢化法对天甲橡胶的改性

摘要 研究了天甲橡胶的氢化原理以及硬脂酸盐,接枝率对天甲橡胶氢化度的影响,采用红外光谱表征了氢化天甲橡胶的结构。实验结果表明:加入硬脂酸盐不利于天甲橡胶的氢化,最适宜氢化工艺条件下,MG30的氢化度较高为49.7%,而MG49的氢化度较低为37.3%。氢化天甲橡胶具有优良的耐热老化性能。 stearate on using IR. The configuration of the hydrogenated MG latex was analyzed The results showed that stearate was disadvantageous to the hydrogenation of MG latex. In the best hydrogenation conditions, the hydrogenation degree of MG30 was 49.7 %, the hydrogenation degree of MG49 was only 37.3 %. The hydrogenated MG latex had the good properties of resisting heat aging.
