核磁共振波谱(^1H-MRS)技术在脑内疾患的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:回顾分析67例行氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)检查的病例,探讨该技术在脑内疾患中的临床应用价值。方法:对所有病例均采用点分辨波谱(PRESS)序列定位技术,获得单体素波谱,并对67例患有各种脑内疾患的病例,将NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr、及NAA/Cho等指标按病理类型,分组进行技术分析。所有病例均以对侧相应部位的正常脑组织作为自身对照。结果:脑肿瘤的1H-MRS表现与正常脑组织有明显不同(P<0.05),表现为Cho/Cr比值升高,NAA/Cr和NAA/Cho比值下降,不同类型、不同级别的脑肿瘤之间也存在着差异。结论:1H-MRS可提供组织生化和代谢方面的信息,为诊断提供可靠的依据。 Objective:To approach the clinic value of ^1H-MRS on intracranial diseases. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with kinds of intracranial diseases examined with ^1H-MRS were analysed retrospectively. The areas under the peak in spectra were measured. The ratios of NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr, NAA/Cho in lesions were analysed according to the different pathological types, and contrasted with those in contralateral locations which is normal cerebral tissue.Results: The findings with ^1H-MRS on intracranial diseases is different significantly ( P 〈 0.05)from those on normal tissues. The ratio of Cho/Cr increases, while the ratios of NAA/Cr or NAA/Cho lower. The ratios on sorts of diseases are different. Conclusion:The findings with ^1H-MRS can offer data on biochemistry and metabolism, and provide reliable diagnostic information.
