双边对口开窗椎管潜行扩大术治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症

Bilateral Symmetrical Fenestration in Surgical Treatment of Degenerated Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的总结退变性腰椎管狭窄症的手术治疗效果。方法对97例退变性继发性腰椎管狭窄症患者,采用腰椎板双边多节段对口开窗椎管潜行扩大术,解除狭窄,增加椎管容量。结果平均随访1.8(0.5～3)年,优良率92.8%。结论双边对口开窗椎管潜行扩大术,能彻底解除退变性腰椎管狭窄,临床疗效满意。

Objective To summarized the outcomes of surgical treatment of degenerated lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 97 cases of degenerated lumbar spinal stenosis underwent multiple sectional fenestration on bilateral of lumbar vertebra, and enlargement of vertebral canal. Results Excellent rate was 92. 8% according to 0. 5-3 years follow-up. Conclusion Degenerated lumbar spinal stenosis can be corrected with this procedure.
