摘要 目的:研究视区切削直径大小对LASIK手术后患者波前像差的影响,以便指导临床LASIK手术方式的选择。方法:采用WFA1000型主观像差仪得到近视眼患者37例72眼。LASIK术前和术后1mo单光区手术组55眼(视区直径6.5mm),多光区手术组17眼(视区直径4.5~5.0mm)的波前像差变化数据;然后用Matlab软件分析其结果,并做统计分析。结果:视区切削直径大小与像差密切相关,直径越大,术后产生的像差越小。结论:多光区光滑技术由于较单区技术带来更多的像差,所以在手术时,建议首选单区方式。 AIM: To study the effect of the size of ablation zone on the wavefront aberrations in the LASIK operations. METHODS: Wavefront aberrations in 37 patients (72 eyes) were measured in small pupil (2-4mm) and dilated pupil (〉6.5mm) by using WAF1 000,a spatially resolved refractometer before and one month after the LASIK respectively. The results were analyzed with Matlab software and paired-sample t test and independent-samples t test were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: The size of ablation zone had a close relation with the wavefront aberration. With the size of ablation zone increasing, the value of aberration declined. CONCLUSION: Multiwave pattern can induce more aberration than regular pattern does after LASIK surgeries, thus, regular pattern should be suggested as first option in the LA, SIK operations.
