摘要
目的:探讨二次玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:治疗组在首次玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德平均3.6mo后二次注射。对照组玻璃体腔只注射一次曲安奈德,两组注射剂量均为20mg,并辅助维生素类、烟酸酯和达纳康、弥可保等口服。在指定观察期内进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组视力平均提高0.32±0.19,对照组视力平均提高0.17±0.14,两者存在显著性差异(t=3.251,P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病黄斑水肿经过二次玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德后能够产生良好的疗效。
AIM： To explore the effect of dual intravitreal injections of triamcinolone on diabetic macular edema（DME）.
METHODS： The treated group was given the secondary intravitreal injection of triamcinolone 3.6mo after the primary injection. The control group received only one injection.The dose of triamcinolone injection in both groups was 20mg. The patients in both group were given the same dose of vitamins, niconacid,Tanakan and Methycobal. The therapeutic outcome was compared between the two groups within the observed time.
RESULTS： The visual acuity in treated group was increased 0.32±0.19 line averagely, compared with 0.17±0.14 in control group. Significant difference was found between the two groups （t=3.251,P〈0.05）.
CONCLUSION： Dual intravitreal injection of triamcinolone is effective on treatment of DEM.
