三种不同重睑术式术后效果比较

The comparison of three different double-fold eyelid shape taking operations

目的:观察不同双重睑术式手术后效果比较。方法:回顾性研究本院1999年以来,门诊行双重睑手术患者94例,根据手术方式,分为甲、乙、丙3组。甲组采用皮肤睑板固定法,乙组采用皮肤埋藏缝线法,丙组采用简易缝线结扎加压法。上述每组每例的随访时间均>1a。结果:甲组18例中有1例双重睑左右重睑沟稍有不对称,行二次手术。1例术后2mo内有轻度上眼睑外翻,保守治疗后消失。乙组24例中1例双重睑皱褶术后6mo后稍有变浅,2例可见闭眼后轻度皮下结节。丙组52例中1例术后7mo双重睑线稍有变浅。结论:简易缝线结扎加压法为双重睑手术首选的安全、可靠方法之一。

AIM： To observe the different effects of different dou- ble-fold eyelid shape taking operation. METHODS： The results of 94 cases of double eyelid operation from January 1999 to June 2004 were retrieved, All the cases were divided into three groups according to the different double-fold eyelid shape taking operations： skin-eyelid fastness, buried suture and simple suture ligation, The follow-up periods were more than 1a. RESULTS： There was significant difference （P〈0.05）on the rates of postoperative complications among the three groups. CONCLUSION： The simple suture ligation method is a safe, effective and credible procedure for double-fold eyelid shape taking operation.
