Intra-nasal dacryocys-torhinostomy under nasoscope for treating chronic dacryocystitis

目的:观察在鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔开放术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:总结分析我院近3a间经鼻窦内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔开放术治疗慢性泪囊炎48例的临床资料。结果:48例中治愈41例(占85.4%);好转5例(占10.4%);无效2例(4.2%)。结论:经鼻窦内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔开放术治疗慢性泪囊炎具有临床疗效好、操作简单、术中出血少、术后面部无瘢痕等优点。

AIM： To evaluate the curative effect of intra-nasal dacryocys-torhinostomy on chronic dacryocystitis under the nasoscope. METHODS： The clinical data of 48 cases with chronic dacryocystitis were analyzed, who underwent intra-nasal dacryocys-torhinostomy using nasoscope in our hospital in recent 3 years. RESULTS： Of all the 48 cases, 41 cases （85.4%） were cured, 5 cases （10.4%） were alleviated and 2 cases （4.2%） were not improved at all. CONCLUSION： The method of intra-nasal dacryocys-torhinostomy under nasoscope for chronic dacryocystitis has the advantages of being effective, easy performing, less bleeding and leaving no scars on face after the surgeries.
