摘要
ERP──Enterprise Resource Planning企业资源计划系统,是指建立在信息技术基础上,以系统化的管理思想,为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。ERP系统集中信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身,成为现代企业的运行模式,反映时代对企业合理调配资源,最大化地创造社会财富的要求,成为企业在信息时代生存、发展的基石。笔者所在的单位从2001年7月开始正式实施ERP财务管理系统,历经半年多的建设,最终系统顺利上线,上线初期在国内的5个公司成功实施,2002年开始推广到海外项目点,截止目前,已经在国外16个国家,42个项目点成功实施。因为笔者所在公司的海外项目所在地的网络情况大多数不太理想,因此,为了保证在海外项目成功、快速实施成功,需要先做很多的准备工作。一般来说,需要事先了解业务方面和网络方面的情况。下面笔者就自己在海外上线的亲身经历,探讨海外项目ERP上线的方法。
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) is a management platform which is established on the basis of information technology, systematization of management thoughts and providing decision approaches for the leaders and employees. ERP system sets information technology and advanced management thoughts to a suit. It becomes the operation mode of modern enterprises,and reflects the requirements of reasonable resource allotment and maximum social wealth creation. It becomes the foundation for enterprises to exist and develop in the information age. The writer's company began to implement ERP Financial Management System in July, 2001. The system was online after more than half a year's construction. At first 5 companies within the country succeeded in implement. It was popularized to overseas projects in 2002. So far 42 projects in 16 countries abroad succeeded in implement. A good deal of preparations were done in order to ensure that it was used successfully and fast abroad because most of the networks were not perfect. Generally the business and networks should to be known about in advance. This paper discusses the ERP online method according to the experience of the writer.
