摘要
多属性决策方法是决策者在管理决策和项目选择中的重要辅助工具,在分析多属性决策问题特点的基础上,针对ELECTRE III方法排序过程中存在的问题,通过引入一致可信度、非一致可信度、净可信度三个概念,提出了ELECTRE III的一种排序新方法,并通过应用实例说明了该方法的合理性和有效性。
Multiple attribute decision method is one of the most important tools in the decision maker＇s toolkit. Based on the property analysis of the multiple attribute decision issue, aiming at the ranking problems in ELECTRE Ⅲ, a new ranking method is developed by introducing three definitions - concordance credibility degree, discordance credibility degree and net credibility degree, into ELECTRE Ⅲ method. An application is given to illustrate the reasonability and availability of the proposed method.
