This paper studied the acutely changing Chinese ACR market, analyzed the new trend of ACR competition struggled by state-owned corporations, private enterprises and foreign funded companies, and put forward strategic countermeasures for local ACR enterprises to enhance competitiveness. They are proposed to further integrate strength, establish complete industrial chain, and take advantage of their superiority in geographical layout to guard against difficulties.
