When circulating the Luzhou Opera or Luju Opera, （an opera in Anhui Province）, absorbed cultural elements from the areas and formed its own artistic style. Through the discussion of the traditional opera ＂Xiu Ding Xiang＂ the writer tries to explore the Chu cultural gene in Luzhou opera and to understand its spiritual characteristics.
