Objective The paper expounds the methods of founding Interior Quality Control in the items of ELISA. The data of laboratory will be controlled in the shortest time. It will strengthen the reliability of test data, insure the data are valid and improve the rate of accuracy. Methods According to the request of quality control and the testing frequency of test items, target value and control limits are erected in many patterns, in order to set up the Interior Quality Control frame, by using the data of quality control sample checked by ELISA. Results The Interior Quality Control frames founded in several patterns all accord with the request of Interior Quality Control checked in ELISA It has achieved the goal of quality control.
