摘要
本文通过对高校核心竞争力含义的界定,分析了影响高校核心竞争力的四个重要因素:人力资源、资金来源、高校地位和管理模式。并认为高校为了在竞争中立于不败之地,必须加强符合自身客观要求的现实核心竞争力培育。
With a clear definition of universities' core competitiveness, this article presents an analysis of the four major factors affecting such core competitiveness: human resources, financial resources, rating positions, and management mode. It is the authors' belief that a university must raise its core competitiveness in an optimal manner so as to keep its advantage in an competitive environment.
