摘要
中美两国高等学校学生管理无论在理论基础、历史变革、基本内容、组织结构、人员构成还是制度保障方面,都存在较大差异。对两者进行一定的比较和分析,以期促进我国高校的学生管理工作。
China＇s universities differ greatly from American universities in student management in terms of their historical development, theoretical basis, contents, organization, human arrangements, and systems. A comparison and analysis of these aspects will be helpful in promoting the work of student management in China＇s universities.
