摘要
以秧歌舞练习为干预因子,探讨长期秧歌舞练习对老年女性BMD(骨密度)及平衡能力的影响。结果显示:实验组的BMD值和左、右足的闭眼单足站立时间显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。说明长期坚持秧歌舞练习能有效地维持较高骨含量,改善机体的平衡能力,对老年女性防治骨质疏松症和防摔倒具有重要意义。
The study aims to discuss the effects of long-term Yangge exercise on BMD and balance ability of elderly women. The results indicated that BMD and the time of left and right foot standing with eyes closed were longer than those of the control group( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). The result prompt that the long-term Yangge exercise can efficaciously make the bones in a good condition and improve the balance ability. It is a better way to prevent the elderly women from osteoporosis and fall down.
