Huge profit from investment in non-performing assets in China is frequently covered by media. Hence financial assets management corporations are likely to be questioned whether they are dutiful or responsible for the loss of state property. In this paper, after a deep analysis is given of the mechanism causing non-performing assets, it is concluded that non-performing assets, losing or lucrative through investment should be rationally treated so as to create a fair and sound environment for asset management companies to dispose of non-performing assets more efficiently.
