摘要
分析了国内外几种常用钢管超声探伤方法的优缺点,肯定了探头随动、钢管旅进的局部水浸法稳定性较高.重复测试的结果表明,用计算机进行信号处理的探伤系统具有较强的抗干扰能力,性能稳定可靠.
The advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of common ultrasonic testing systems for seamless steel tubes are analysed. It is confirmed that the partial immersion method with transducer follower and tube spiral is of higher stability. Test results show that the testing system with computer digital signal processing has the ability of anti-interference and the performance of stability and reliability.
