改进型汽轮机叶轮超声ALOK成象检测系统 被引量:1

ULTRASONIC INSPECTION SYSTEM FOR TURBINE SHRUNK-ON WHEELS BY ADVANCED ALOK METHOD

摘要 介绍最新研制的汽轮机叶轮超声改进型ALOK成象检测系统,该系统由计算机控制对在役汽轮机叶轮键槽裂纹进行自动化检测,用超声统计成象技术对裂纹定位和定量。整个系统操作简便,无需用试块做扫描速度和灵敏度调节,检测可靠性和重复性好,灵敏度和精度较高。 Newly developed ultrasonic inspection system for turbine shrunk-on wheels by advanced ALOK method is described, which can be used for automatic in-service crack detection with computer and for crack siz-ing and locating by statistic imaging technique. The system is easy for operation, good in reliability and repeata-bility, and high in sensitivity and precision.
