摘要
健美运动首次进入第十四届亚运会,通过了解亚洲健美运动的最高水平比赛,分析我国最强级别与亚洲强队之间的差距和不足,有针对性地采取措施,进一步加快赶超亚洲诸强的步伐．
Calisthenics is the first time into the14 session of the Asian Games, it is the highest levels of the calisthenics. The paper analyses the different between our country and the Asian teams, and shows the countermeasures to our calisthenics.
