湖南学校体育的现状分析与对策研究

An Analysis of the Present Situation of School Physical Culture in Hunan Province

学校体育是实现终身体育的重要场所,是促进全民健身的有力保障,其开展的好坏直接影响到体育工作的全局．近几年来,湖南的学校体育取得了一定的成绩,但与发展要求相比还有不小的差距,片面追求升学率、体育场地器材的严重不足、领导的不重视是影响我省学校体育工作开展的主要因素．要解决这些问题就必须明确学校体育教学的目标、建立保障学校体育正常运行的资金体系、加强体育师资队伍建设、实施学校体育工作运行的法制化、制定科学的学校体育评估标准,实行量化考核管理制度．

Physical culture in the school is an important means for people to keep and improve their health, so the carrying out of it has a direct influence upon the whole work of it. And there is a long way to go, compared with the requirement of the development of the physical culture, though in recent years, it has made great achievements at schools in Hunan. For example, schools only aims to train the middle school students to continue their studies at universities; besides, there is a deficiency of instruments; and what＇s more, the leaders pay little attention to it. We have to try to deal with the problems through setting up the teaching aim and the financial system, improving the teachers＇cultivation, legalizing school physical work, making assessments for it, and quantifying the assessment.
