加快科技中介体系改革的思考

Accelerating the Reform of the Intermediary's System for Science and Technology

科技中介在政府与科技、科技与经济、科技与社会之间,在不同利益主体之间发挥着桥梁作用。我国科技中介由于起步较晚存在着诸多问题,已严重影响了科技成果转化为现实生产力的速度和质量。科技评价体系的改革势在必行,文章从五个方面提出加快科技中介体系改革的具体措施,以促进科技事业全面、快速发展。

The intermediary＇s system for science and technology plays an important role as bridge among different interest bodies, including between government and science and technology, between economy and science and technology, between society and sciense and technology. Compared with developed countries, the intermediary＇s system for science and technology started later and has presented with some limitation in China, so that the results of science and technology can not be transformed into productivity. This study presented some specific methods to advance the reformation of the intermediary＇s system for science and technology.
