摘要
论证《工业项目建设用地控制指标(试行)》[1]对于强化和规范我国土地管理的重要意义,指出该控制指标存在的问题。实施该控制指标有利于土地的公平、集约使用,有利于规范土地市场秩序。严格实施《工业项目建设用地控制指标(试行)》,同时根据各地实际情况进一步完善该控制指标,促进工业企业集约化、精确化、公平化地利用土地。
Based on an analysis of the problems in industrial land use in China, this paper discusses the importance of ＂The controUing indexes of construction land use for industrial projects （tentative） ＂ issued by the Ministry of Land and Natural Resources for strengthening and standardizing our country land control, points out the inadequacy of the document and proposes some countermeasures for the intensive, mathematical and fair use of construction land.
