摘要
从学报编辑部与作者的法律关系、对外交流、诉讼地位三方面对学报编辑部的法人主体地位进行了论述,认为学报编辑部在其管理工作和编辑出版工作中,应正确处理由此带来的一系列法律问题。
From the perspectives of the legal relation of the journal editorial department in universities with the authors, external exchange and its lawsuit status, this article discusses its status as the subject of legal person. It argues that the journal editorial department should properly tackle various legal problems encountered in its management, editing and publication.
