This paper analyzes the basin population growth and resource development of violating the nature and the scientific rule. It causes forest vegetation damage, soil erosion seriously, the frequent flooding drought, the river discharge decrease, the unbalanced water supply and the water requirement, the weaking comprehensive function, river healthy question and so on water resources pollution. From maintaining the Mayi River Basin system health, effectively displaying its each kind of function, according to the scientific development request, under the basin synthesis plan instruction, the implementation natural forest protection, the conservation of soil and water ecology restoration, the conservation of soil and water government, the sewage treatment and the scientific water saving project should be carried out. Through making human and the nature harmonious, the river health can be restored. It will provide the guarantee sustainable development for the basin economic society.
