抗日战争初期,周恩来强调要高度重视和加强党的思想政治工作,并提出了党的思想政治工作“是一切革命军队的生命线与灵魂”的论断。他开展了大量的思想政治工作,扩大党的政治影响,加强党对敌后抗战文化的领导,广泛团结爱国进步人士兴起抗日运动新高潮。

During the early war of resistance against Japanese aggression, Zhou En-lai atressed that we must pay attention and strengthen Party＇s ideological and political work. He have drawn the conclusion that Party＇s ideological and political work ＂is a life-line and spirit of all ravolufion army. ＇ He have done a great deal of ideological and political work to expand party＇s political effect.to strengthen party＇s leadership to the resistance culture of enemy background,to broadly united patriotic and progressive personage to spring up new tide of resistance against japanese aggression.
