社会转型时期高校学生价值观念发生负面变化,主要由市场经济的负面影响、多种经济成分并存的所有制结构、中外文化的糟粕等多种因素所致,将严重影响我国社会的稳定、社会主义价值观体系和社会主义制度的坚持和巩固。必须运用思想、教育、政策、法律等手段进行调适。

In social transition the values of college students has been changed negatively, which caused mainly by negative influence of market economy, the structure of ownership constituted of the variety of economic elements and the dross of western culture. This negative change greatly affects the stability of our society, the system of social values and the consolidation of the socialism, so we must adjust it by means of ideology, education, policy and law.
