摘要
采用文献法和访谈法,对中层干部在大学管理文化中的角色定位,在大学组织文化建设中的作用,以及在“识人”和“用人”两方面,如何发挥中层干部在大学组织文化建设中的作用作了理论性探讨,认为:(1)中层干部是大学组织管理文化建设的中心环节。(2)中层干部的选拔任用、个人行为、部门管理行为在大学组织文化建设中占有重要作用。(3)中层干部“双肩挑”模式体现了大学管理文化的特点。
By means of documentaries and talking, the role and significance of middle-ranked cadres in universifies and colleges, as well as how to exert its role in the construction of organizational culture were discussed theoretically. The conclusions were drawn as follows: (1) the middle ranked cadres are the key chain in the construction of organizational culture in universities and colleges. (2) the selection, personal behavior and manage methods of the middle-ranked cadres play vital role in the organizational culture construction. (3) "doubleshoulder" mode of the middle-ranked cadres embodies the characteristic of management culture in universities and colleges.
