跨文化交流中的外来文化冲击着民族主体文化,改变着大学生的思想观念和价值取向,直接影响了他们人格的形成,从三个方面对跨文化交流中大学生人格嬗变及原因进行了分析,期望能够建立起以中华民族主体文化为支撑的民族人格结构体系。

The foreign culture has shocked our national leading-culture, changing our ideological conception and value-evaluation, influencing the formation and perfection of personality in the cross-culture exchange. This paper tries to probe into the causes and transmutation of eoUege students, hoping to build the structural system of our national leading culture so that the national personality can be consolidated.
