摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步成熟和完善,人才资源配置的方式发生着深刻的变化,对大学毕业生提出了新的更高的要求,分析毕业生就业难的因素及对策,熟悉企业招聘程序,使毕业生具备一定的就业知识,了解社会需求信息,树立正确的择业观,掌握求职方法和技巧,不断提高主动适应社会需要的能力。
With the development and perfection of the socialist market economy system, the ways of the talented resources distribution are changing deeply. So the graduates must adjust to the new changes. Through an analysis of the factors about the employment difficulties for the graduates and the countermeasures, this paper makes the graduates familiar with the procedure of enterprises recruitment, tx^ssess certain employment knowledge, understand social demand information, establish correct view of choosing a job, grasp the application methods and skills, and improve their ability to meet the needs of society.
