摘要
目的探讨在临床教学中让护生担任护士角色的临床教学效果。方法将120名实习护生随机分为实验组60例,采用“非指导性教学法、合作性教学法的放手放眼事后检查”的教学方法。对照组60例,采用常规带教方法。通过问卷形式对两组教学方法的效果及对病人的影响进行比较分析。结果实验组教学效果明显优于对照组。护患关系、理论联系实际、应急、独立工作能力等方面与对照组比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床教学过程中应打破常规的带教方法,让护生担任护士角色,充分发挥护生的实习潜能,有利于提高护生独立思考、分析、处理问题的工作能力。提高护理教学质量,有利于护理队伍人才的培养。
Objective Observe the teaching effect of nursing students as nurses' role in clinical education. Methods 120 practical nursing students were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group 60 cases, with "let them do and check after" teaching method including non-directed teaching method and cooperative teaching method; control group 60 cases, with routine teaching method. The teaching effect of two groups and the effect on the patients were compared with questionnaire. Results The teaching effect of improved method is better than the routine one. Compared with the control group, the relationship between nurses and patients, theory practicing, meeting an emergency, independent working ability are significantly different ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In clinical education the teaching method should be improved. Practi- cal nursing students can he put as the nurses' role, which can develop their practical potential thoroughly, increase teaching quality and raise qualified nursing personnel.
